What Does 2,650 Miles Sound Like? This Hiker Made a Sound Map of the Entire Pacific Crest Trail

Through 200 recordings made during his Pacific Crest Trail thru-hike, Tom Kelly created an interactive sound map that offers a different way to experience the trail, allowing hikers to revisit places they’ve been and inviting others to discover the trail through sound.
